SHAPES: These posh ID tags are available in 3 shapes;STAR,HEART, & BONE.

SIZES: These unique Pet ID tags are available in 2 sizes; SMALL for small dogs or cats, measuring 1", or LARGE for large dogs measuring 1.5". It is recommended in ordering the small tag for dogs under 50 pounds.

SMALL TAGS can only easily hold 4 lines of text.

LARGE TAGS can easily hold 5 lines of text.

METAL CHOICES: You also have your choice of selecting from nickel silver or golden bronze.

FREE ENGRAVING: Each tag is custom engraved free of charge. There is ample room for 1 to 5 lines of text on a large tag and 1 to 4 lines on the small tag. However, the more text, the smaller the print. An example of recommended text is: NAME, ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER/S. It is not recommended to add your zip code. Some people even list their veterinarians telephone numbers, or list information such as: "INDOOR CAT", and medical alerts.

POLYMER COATING: For the protection of your Pet's ID tags they are automatically coated with a light polymer high gloss coating. However, it is strongly recommended, per your request, to order a "SUPER COATING" for the more rugged pet, at no additional charge. Please note that when the Super Coating is added it gives the Swarovski Crystals a cabochon look (not as faceted in appearance).

As these Pet ID Tags are custom ordered please allow a 2 week time frame for delivery.

RETURNS: Any purchase with an incorrect size, shape, crystal color, metal, or engraving will be gladly remade upon return of the original incorrect order. Returns will be made as quickly as possible and considered a rush order at no additional charge. However, returns will not be accepted for any tag that is custom made (engraved) in the event one changes their mind.
