Here is a Pet Tag that can be engraved on the front and the back. On the Front you can include your pets Name or initials, with yout choice of Swarovski Crystals. The back can be engraved with your pets name, address, phone number or other. These are availabale in either the BONE, STAR OR HEART SHAPES, as well as the choices in the nickle silver or yellow bronze.

Please note that the small tags can only hold 5 letters, 6 characters are possible but not recommended.

The large tags can fit 6 characters, 7 are possible but not recommended.
