We also offer a printable form to mail us your order. Just print this page and mail it to the address shown at the bottom. Please be sure to include your credit card number, expiration date, and a signature.

• All checks are verified through a check service.
  Returned Check charge is $29.00 for each check that is returned unpaid.



• In Stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Out of Stock items are shipped within 2 to 4 weeks from the date the order was received.



• Items are shipped by US Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express.
  UPS and Express services do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.



• All products are shipped Insured.



• Tennessee Residents MUST add TN STATE SALES TAX (9.25%)

• Please retain all packing material and shipping invoices.



• Claims, Exchanges and Returns must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.



• All claims and returns must be authorized before returning the goods. To get authorization, contact us via phone or email and we will give you a Return Merchandize Authorization number(RMA#).



• Merchandise that has been worn or altered will not be accepted for return.



• If you paid by credit card the full amount minus shipping, handling, and gift wrap will be refunded to the card that was used for the original transaction. If you paid by check or money order the full amount minus shipping, handling, and gift wrap will be refunded by check.



• Shipping Claims for damage, overage or shortage of merchandise must be filed with both the shipping carrier and Pandora's Jewel Box.



• NO refunds will be allowed for Customized Jewelry
